Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of LEILA products, we maintain a limited exchange policy.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only offered if:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Customized orders
  • Sale items
  • Worn, altered, or washed items

3. Exchange Process

To initiate a request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product

4. Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

5. Shipping for Exchanges

If the exchange is approved due to a defect or incorrect item, LEILA will coordinate the return shipping.
