I've forgotten my password - what should I do?
To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons, we are unable to send your old password via email.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Leila to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We have a strict “No Exchange/ No Refund” policy. We will only entertain a request for an exchange if the product(s) received has a manufacturing defect or any damage. To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Please consider all discounted sales final. We do not accept any returns or exchange on sale items.
